Coceleb is a software platform that enables individuals to create personalized digital celebration experiences featuring photo memories and personal letters. Experiences are published via private, unguessable web URLs for viewing by the intended recipient.

3. User Content & Prohibited Use

You retain full ownership of the text, photographs, and personal materials you upload to Coceleb. You grant Coceleb a limited license to store, process, compress, and display this content solely for the purpose of serving your celebration link.

You agree NOT to upload content that is:

• Unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, or harmful.
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or containing nudity.
• Infringing upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights.
• Containing malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.

We reserve the right to remove any experience that violates these standards without prior notice.

4. Payment & Pricing Terms

Purchases are one-time transactions for individual celebration moments. There are no recurring subscriptions. Pricing is server-authoritative and displayed prior to payment. Payments are processed securely via our gateway partner, Razorpay.

5. Availability & 365-Day Retention

Published experiences remain accessible for 365 days from the date of publishing. While we strive for 99.9% platform uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access in the event of third-party cloud infrastructure outages or telecommunication disruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coceleb and its operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
